Koenigsegg Agera R: 5000 cc engine that is able to make this car spewing power up to 1100 bhp.

Supercar manufacturer Koenigsegg featuring the latest face of Agera R at the Geneva Motor Show auto show that will open this week. This car is like a scary monster.

V8 engine with twin-turbo 5000 cc capacity of the hidden body capable of making this car spewing power up to 1100 bhp with peak torque of 885 lb-ft reach.

Power can be achieved when the Koenigsegg Agera R using gasoline biofuel E85. Because when using regular gasoline, energy Koenigsegg Agera R will drop down to number 972 bhp and 811 lb-ft of torque.

Still, it became a fearsome force. Engine mated to a dual-clutch gearbox is also capable of accelerating seven melesatkan Koenigsegg Agera R to the speed of 100 km per hour in just about 3 seconds, and jump quickly to a top speed of 402 km per hour.

Cars that have a sense of 'act' is a body of carbon fiber material that makes its weight so light with a roof that can be folded.

Koenigsegg Agera R Design body was made in such a way that this car aerodynamics become increasingly high. Koenigsegg foot rim seconded Agera R Vortex Generating Rim (VGR) with high performance tires are then made Koenigsegg look Agera R became more and more sporty.

Tire encircling the leg Koenigsegg Agera R is able to withstand friction up to speed 418 km per hour and according to Koenigsegg is a tire that has the highest specification at this time.

If you're sensitive to explicit material, just stop reading right now because this is pure smut!  This installment of ASS presents the most hardcore of any affordable supercar.  Of course, the car in question can only be the Dodge Viper.

netcarshow.com

Introduced in 1992, the Dodge Viper set a new benchmark for American sports cars.  Its long protruding hood and pert butt had more curves than Kim Kardashian.  Just like Ms. Kardashian, this voluptuous package puts out a lot!  Try to wrap your head around a Lamborghini engineered 8.0 liter V10 with 400 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of thrust.

Actually, this car is like that college girl that every guy knows about.  After chugging some premium grade spirits, the ride is wild and uninhibited.  There aren't any electronic nannies like traction control, ABS, or stability control to reign her in.  For four years (92-96) of its life, the Viper lived carefree and topless.

Unlike those coeds that party all the time, this 19 year old can drink a lot and still perform like an All-American track star.  Although a gallon of fuel will only take her 12 miles in the city, her sprints to sixty and her quarter mile runs happened in 4.6 and 12.3 seconds, respectively.  When things get a bit sloppy, the Viper will cling for about 1g on the skidpad, too.

In 1996, a coupe version joined the drop-top as the GTS.  The old girl was a lot better with her top on, too.  She hit the gym and came back more svelte and muscular than before.  The chassis and engine dropped about 120 lbs altogether.  Those "freshman fifteen" turned into an extra 50 horsepower and those curves were accentuated in all the right places.  Her 0-60 dropped by about a half second with a tenth being dropped in the quarter mile as well.  In the slalom, the Viper could average over 70 mph while changing directions repeatedly just like a woman when it's that time of the month.

Getting a car with these good looks and performance at such an affordable price is going to be a sacrifice.  The Viper isn't the most sophisticated car or the easiest to live with day to day.  The interior is lacking and the material choices are questionable at best.  With all that said, a 2000 model can be had for under forty grand with just a bit of searching.  (use your imagination to apply the metaphor to this paragraph)

This is fine because as with any fun coed they have to settle down sooner or later.  The Viper did this in 2003 with an unimaginative restyle and a bit of civility.  It can be thought of as that cougar who still goes to clubs but should stop soon. Well 2010 came and nobody missed her at the party.  The Chrysler Group killed off its HALO car with a promise to bring it back when the company is stable enough to support the R&D costs.  With all the legislation about making ABS and stability control standard equipment in addition to Chrysler's need to sustain profitability, the next Viper might as well be called the Dodge Mom-jeans.  Many people do say that college is the best time of your life...

Mazda 787B
courtesy of: forocompeticion.com

The year is 1991. Mazda wins the 24 hours of Le Mans and the FIA bans the Wankel rotary engine. This marked the first and only Le Mans 24 victory by a Japanese race car, and the Mazda 787B will never participate in an international race again.

Riding on a high, Mazda believed it was still their time in prototype racing. Conveniently for them, IMSA did not ban rotaries... and the successor to the 787B was created.

Behold, bitches:

Unfortunately, the 4-rotor, 1750 lbs Mazda RX-792P was ultimately a failure. The team acknowledged that the 1992 season was a development year but the car was already a concern for other teams because it attained the highest power-to-weight ratio of all contenders. This was purely a weight advantage, though, as the RX-792P still had the least horsepower of the bunch. And so, the benefits of power-to-weight resulted to nil when the Mazda was unable to deliver the extra horsepower needed to overcome parasitic drag.

The RX-792P never wins a race. Mazda pulls out of racing by 1993.

But it wins in my book. That shape is damn sexy. And she's a screamer too.

To start, Bugatti Veyron is a noun.

From there, things are going to get a bit complicated.. Or, dare I, things get a bit nonsensical.

Bugatti Veyron Gran Sport

We begin describing the Bugatti with numbers. Let's get started with the price first, something you should all feel more comfortable with understanding. It is a cool $170,576.90.

Wait, something isn't right... Oh no! I'm sorry, how embarrassing-- I accidentally moved it to the wrong decimal place. The starting price for a Bugatti Veyron is, in fact:

$1,705,769

I repeat, One Million Seven Hundred and Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Nine US Dollars. And get this, the company is still losing money for every car sold.

That's not all. The latest special edition Veyron Super Sport is said to be, according to New York Time's Wheels column writer, John Pearley Huffman (I did not make any of this up), priced at $2.5 MILLION!!!!!!! I'll give you a moment to let that settle in.

But it's true, isn't it? You should always get what you pay for.  So what's so special about this car, then, that it has the audacity to charge a price that is even greater than the stimulus amount granted to the schools of Orange County, California?

The first question we should ask when it comes to sports cars like the Bugatti is, "How fast does it go?"

We know it's more than 250mph, but how much is that really? The Veyron can out-accelerate a cheetah to 60mph, reach a higher top speed than a Boeing AH-64 Apache Gunship Helicopter used by our Navy and, in a very interesting 2-mile drag race, it is also a very competent adversary against the British Royal Air Force Eurofighter Typhoon.

I mean seriously, a W16 cylinder quadturbo engine?! When I first heard of those numbers, i nearly crapped my pants. The Veyron would crap itself too if it didn't have ten radiators, only four of which are for the engine itself, to cool off.

No, she is not a midget nor is this photoshopped. Just accept that everything about this car is staggering and completely defies logic.

In spite of all the logic that it defies, we see that this car does exist for a purpose. The Veyron exists to be the fastest, most powerful, and most expensive production automobile in history. When the just-as-ugly Ultimate Aero SSC TT 123ABC decided to challenge the seat for top speed king, Bugatti Veyron answered back by doing what it does best, introducing the Veyron Supersport. It's even faster, even more powerful, even more ludicrous and twice as expensive as the original.

In the last episode of Top Gear (half of you readers probably saw it before I had a chance to), presenter James May gave it a go in the Veyron SS. Upon hitting the magic number, attaining the Veyron SS' terminal velocity of 417.9 kph (259.7 mph), Bugatti sent their factory test driver to take the car out again to do two runs, one at each direction of their oval test track, to average a top speed of 267mph. Now just to be clear, that's a total of three maximum speed runs in a span of one afternoon and this car just kept on going.

But I hate them for it.

On one hand, I am more than impressed by the monumental engineering. The undertaking of such a vehicle is immense and in car terms, comparable to a Saturn V rocket or CERN Large Hadron Collider project. Unfortunately, on the other hand, I feel like all this marvel is always going to be in the hands of people that least deserve it:

Lotus is a company that I highly admire. Throughout their existence, they've kept weight at a minimum to keep performance at a maximum. Until recently, their downfall has been their utter British "quirkiness" which makes older models about as reliable as a solar powered flashlight. If you're willing to overlook these little idiosyncrasies for a supercar that is bristling with personality, won't need a second mortgage, and can still hold its own against prancing horses and raging bulls.

Most of you would think of their most recent offerings like the Elise and Exige to make it into this column. Yes, they do generate astounding numbers and are very affordable (relatively). Calling one of those an "Affordable Supercar" is like calling Lady Gaga slightly off base. It's true but everyone already knew that. Come to think about it, the Elise and Exige share a bit more with Gaga. They're all stripped down and are only for the really hardcore fans.

Where was I? The Esprit is the next most qualified candidate in the Lotus line. In 1993, it got a major makeover and was graced with some curves to accentuate its sexy wedge shape. It still made do with a 2.2 liter slant four located mid ship but with the help of forced induction in the form of a turbocharger it made a modest 300 horsepower. By today's standards 300 horsepower isn't exactly earth shattering but also by today's standards a car weighing just under 2700 pounds is mind blowing! Put those two numbers together and you find the sum is indeed greater than its parts.

It runs a 0-60 sprint in about 4.5 seconds, can pull .91g on the skidpad, and can dice the cones in the slalom at 61.7 mph. Throw on some modern performance rubber and those numbers still have room to improve.

How much coin does it take to get into this British bombshell? As of this writing, a 1995 model with only 18,000 miles on the clock is listed on Ebay with a "buy it now" price of $36,900. At that price, you won't have to turn tricks like the "Pretty Woman" to drive one.
